The Homeopathic Medicine and Sciences Program is an intensive full-time professional program intended for those wishing to become practicing homeopaths as well as those that would like to further their knowledge in this field. Students in the Homeopathic Medicine and Sciences Program are taught case-oriented, patient-based medicine in order to help them develop the practical skills required to work in today's health care system.
An intensive clinical externship is required in addition to lectures. The programme is designed to provide students with a strong education in fundamental and comprehensive knowledge of homeopathy and the structures and functions of the human body. The curriculum is revised yearly. The programme consists of classroom hours, clinical practice, a research project, and a thesis on homeopathy. Classes are held three Saturdays a month; or two Saturdays (9am - 3pm) and on Sunday (10am-3pm). The classroom hours are in addition to readings, assignments and the clinical work load. Students partially graduate after their second year. The third year comprises clinical and classroom training.
